CAES
CAES, formerly Cobham Advanced Electronic Solutions, is a leading provider of high-reliability RF and electromagnetic defence technology. Headquartered in Arlington, Virginia, it has around 2,200 people across 13 North American facilities with highly automated manufacturing and test. Honeywell acquired CAES in 2024 in a deal worth around $1.9 billion.
