Intelliconnect C447-ZZZ-101G

The C447-ZZZ-101G from IntelliConnect is a 24-Way High Density SMPM Plug to SMPM Jack Cable Assembly that operates from DC to 40 GHz. This interconnect solution consists of 24 0.047-inch semi-rigid cables between each SMPM Plug to SMPM Jack connector. The connectors have a durability of more than 100 cycles and meet the MIL-STD-348 and MIL-PRF-39012 standards. The cable has an OHFC copper body with Beryllium Copper contacts and PTFE insulators.

This assembly has been developed for quantum computing applications and in the development of large-scale high qubit machines where there is a requirement of microwave cable assemblies for control and readout lines to the quantum processor. The connections traditionally have been provided by individual coaxial cables fitted with SMA connectors which offer limited packaging due to their 8mm hex coupling nut which also requires space for the application of tooling during installation.
